Funding is available to support bold, innovative research that has the real potential to impact the way prostate cancer is diagnosed, treated or even prevented.
Prostate Cancer UK launched an ambitious 10 year Research Strategy setting out how investment in the most innovative research will create a step change in current knowledge of prostate cancer. To achieve this, Prostate Cancer UK will focus resources on areas that can have the most impact. Three key areas have been identified where there are gaps in knowledge or expertise, which, when remedied, will make the most difference to men with, or at risk of, prostate cancer:
