The Hector Fellow Academy (HFA) established the Hector Research Career Development Award to support the career development and strengthen the independent research of W1 assistant professors and junior research group leaders working in the natural or engineering sciences, medicine or psychology. The award also aims to help increase the number of female scientists in the Hector Fellow Academy.
