The France Canada Research Fund (FCRF) is an instrument of French-Canadian cooperation created in 2000 by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and a consortium of Canadian universities. Its aim is to develop scientific relations between the two countries and encourage close links between researchers.
