Fellowships will enable individuals to conduct research that will help the NHS increase its capacity to improve environmental sustainability.
The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute (THIS Institute) was co-created by the University of Cambridge and the Health Foundation in 2018 to strengthen the evidence-base for improving the quality and safety of healthcare. THIS Institute's goal is to create a scientific asset for the NHS about how to improve quality and safety in healthcare, and to provide more clarity on what works in improving healthcare, what doesn't, and why.
