Funding is available to PhD candidates pursuing research in France on the topic of psychoactive substances and addictions. Research topics may also include the links between psychoactive substance use and cancer.
France's Institut National du Cancer (INCa - National Cancer Institute) was created in 2004 and is the health and science agency responsible for cancer control in France.
