The international award supports early career researchers working in the field of algebra and number theory with a prize amount of €10,000.
The Oberwolfach Prize is financed by the Oberwolfach Foundation and awarded in cooperation with Mathematical Research Institute Oberwolfach (MFO - Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach). The prize is awarded approximately every three years for excellent achievements in different fields of mathematics.
