The second call for Main Projects includes support for capacity building preparatory projects in Priority 3.
The Northern Periphery and Arctic (NPA) Programme is part of the European Territorial Cooperation Objective (Interreg) and supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Interreg NPA 2021-2027 will support different types of projects: main, preparatory, clustering and small-scale projects.
