Funding to support researchers in France who did not receive ERC Starting Grant funding despite submitting a high-quality proposal in order to improve their chances of success in future ERC calls.
The Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR - National Research Agency) provides funding to public research organisations and universities, as well as to private companies, for both basic and applied research in all fields of science.
