16-02-2023 - DFG Creates New Young Investigators Academy on Aging Processes in Reproduction
The programme supports early career investigators working on aging and fertility to network, exchange ideas and help them develop a research proposal for their first independent project.
The objective of the DFG Young Investigators Academy (Nachwuchsakademien - NWA) programme is to prepare and train young academics in the planning and management of all aspects of research projects, to directly address the shortcomings that early career researchers typically experience at the beginning of an independent research career. In addition to offering the chance to exchange ideas and network, the workshops also focus on the development of a proposal for the applicant's first DFG research project and on gaining understanding and experience of interdisciplinary work in general.
