A joint international call for applications has been launched by the AFTD and ALS Association to support the development of digital assessment tools applicable to both ALS/MND and FTD. The call is open to candidates from both academia and industry.
The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) is a US-based charity with a mission to promote and fund research into finding causes of, and cures for, frontotemporal degeneration (FTD). The ALS Association is an American non-profit organisation founded in 1985.
