Funding will support researchers around the world to carry out individual or joint research projects at a Berlin institution in Germany, as well as researchers based outside of Germany to stay at a Berlin institution and set up their own research group.
Founded in 2009 by the State of Berlin, the Einstein Foundation Berlin is dedicated to the promotion of science and research with a focus on the city of Berlin. It funds cutting-edge science and research in Berlin and helps to strengthen the city's reputation as one of the world's foremost research hotspots.
