Biennial award worth €50,000 for outstanding young scientists in medicinal chemistry research in Europe.
Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker (GDCh - German Chemical Society) is a membership organisation bringing together people working in chemistry and the molecular sciences. The society is designed to promote chemistry in education, research and application. In addition, GDCh seeks to deepen the understanding and knowledge of the general public about chemistry and its relevance to the world they live in. As part of its work, the society supports a number of research projects and publishes highly esteemed professional journals, particularly in applied chemistry.
