The Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) Crazy 8 Initiative programme was launched in 2018 to support research into innovative and rigorous approaches that directly address the most intractable issues in paediatric cancer research today. So far, a total of $26 million has been awarded to six research teams across 21 institutions.
