13-02-2024 - New BMBF Programme Supports Junior Research Groups Dedicated to Application-Oriented Research for the Bioeconomy
Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF - Federal Ministry of Education and Research) has launched a new funding programme to support research for the bioeconomy. The programme funds research by junior research groups in the natural sciences, engineering and information technologies. In this way, it is intended to prepare young research talent for the transformation processes that are required by the transition to a bioeconomy while also offering attractive career opportunities for early career researchers.
