13-03-2024 - BMBF Promotes Junior Research Groups in Fusion Research
Within its ‘Fusion 2040 - Research on the Way to a Fusion Power Plant’ (Fusion 2040 - Forschung auf dem Weg zum Fusionskraftwerk) Framework Programme on fusion research, and under the umbrella of the federal government's Energy Research Programme (Energieforschungsprogramm), the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF - Federal Ministry for Education and Research) now promotes individual projects by junior research groups at institutions of higher education (Fachhochschulen, Universitäten) and non-educational research institutions that address relevant questions in fusion research.
