10-12-2024 - BMWK Announces New Annual Deadline to Support Female Entrepreneurs in the Pre-Start-Up Phase (EXIST-Women)
The EXIST Women Fellowship Programme funding initiative by Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK - German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action) aims to increase the proportion of women as managing directors and shareholders of innovative start-ups in Germany. It offers support to female company founders (graduates, researchers, students, professionals) at research institutions and institutions of higher education in the preparation and the early stages of a start-up. This includes support for the creation of a business plan and the development of marketable products and innovative services as well as participation in a 12-month qualification programme for setting up a start-up. The programme is open to all topics and technologies.
