The Ars Legendi-Faculty Award for Excellent Higher Education Teaching in Medicine (Ars legendi-Fakultätenpreis für exzellente Lehre in der Medizin) is awarded every year by Stifterverband (Donors’ Association of the Promotion of Humanities and Sciences in Germany) together with Medizinische Fakultätentag (MFT - German Medical Faculty Association). The award is designed to highlight the importance of excellent higher education teaching for the support of young academic talent and promote teaching as a viable career path.
