The Thomas Mann Fellowship Programme supports intellectuals and scholars from Germany whose work addresses fundamental contemporary issues relevant to Germany and the United States. Junior as well as senior fellows are invited to spent 3-10 months at Thomas Mann House in Los Angeles, USA where they will actively and intensively engage in intellectual exchange with and within the United States, and network with partners and institutions in the United States via lectures, workshops and public discussions.
