Computer science doctoral students at universities in Germany will shortly be able to apply for the Software Campus programme to develop their leadership skills. Participants will carry out research projects as project managers together with a company, build up new knowledge on management and leadership in training courses and will be supported by experienced managers in mentoring. In this way, they prepare themselves for management positions or founding a company.
