The funding initiative Material Innovations for a Good and Safe Life (Materialinnovationen für ein gutes und sicheres Leben - MaterialVital) by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF - Federal Ministry for Education and Research) has launched a new call for its Module 1 on the topic of biohybrids and living material systems. The call aims to harness the existing innovation potential of biohybrids and living material systems and bring them closer to industrial application in order to sustainably strengthen Germany’s technological sovereignty and promote social well-being.
