The Oberwolfach Foundation (Oberwolfach-Stiftung) serves the promotion of science and research at the Mathematical Research Institute Oberwolfach (MFO - Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach). It was founded by the Förderverein des Mathematischen Forschungsinstituts Oberwolfach (Friends of Oberwolfach) to provide reliable cash flows supporting the outstanding scientific work at the MFO.
