28-04-2025 - ISIS Neutron and Muon Source Launches 2025 Call for Facility Development and Utilisation Studentships
Funding to enable PhD students working within the science areas of neutron scattering or muon spectroscopy to undertake projects that include an element of facility development or are a continuation of a project previously funded by the scheme.
The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) ISIS Neutron and Muon Source is based at the STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire and is a centre for research in the physical and life sciences. It is owned and operated by STFC. The Source produces beams of neutrons and muons that allow scientists to study materials at the atomic level using a suite of instruments.
